CyberData devices are not directly compatible with Microsoft Teams and require an intermediary device to communicate between the CyberData device and Microsoft Teams. There are a variety of options available for Microsoft Teams integration including SBCs or select phone systems. CyberData has successfully integrated with Microsoft Teams using the following options:
