What type of audio files can be uploaded into the Intercom or Office Ringer?

RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, Microsoft PCM, 16 bit, mono 8000 Hz, no spaces between words in the file title.

You can use the free website utilities G711 File Converter (https://g711.org/) or Convert audio to WAV (https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-wav) to convert audiofiles into a format that CyberData products can recognize.

Audio file outputs from either utility must match the file parameters listed above.
