ShoreTel - CyberData Intercom Cannot Complete Calls to ShoreTel Hunt Group/Work Group

I have configured the CyberData intercom to dial a ShoreTel workgroup.  Calls do not complete to the workgroup extension.

When a CyberData intercom is registered with ShoreTel and configured to dial a ShoreTel hunt group or work group using consult transfer, the call will result in the intercom responding with a SIP 486 Busy Here when a hunt group or work group member answers the call.

CyberData devices do not currently support the SIP "Replaces" header (RFC 3891) used for the consult transfer. 


Create a Bridged Call Appearance (BCA) and place on all user extensions originally in the hunt group or work group.

Configure the CyberData intercom to call the BCA extension number.
